REQUIREMENTS (Lahore)
- Develop annual departmental plans, goals, budgets, and monitoring mechanisms.
- Ensure quality data collection, reporting, and continuous development of orphan support programs.
- Manage donor relations, including progress reports, sponsorship renewals, and new fundraising campaigns.
- Coordinate with regional teams, internal departments, and external stakeholders to achieve program objectives.
- Oversee program operations, staff support, ERP system usage, and secure documentation.
- Prepare proposals, feasibility studies, and presentations for donors and partners.
- Build strong liaison with local, national, and international organizations working in similar fields.
- Support child development activities and ensure effective implementation across regions.
